Lombard Illinois SOS Reviews and Tips

The staff was quick and helpful, but it didn't help that there was a long line and elderly people could cut in to the front. I understand it, but it just takes a lot longer then. Most people were distancing, some weren't. Try to get there toward the end of the day because there's a big morning rush. It's tricky because you never really know if you're going to get in or not. Have every single document you need ready to go.

Staff wasn't too helpful and everything seemed a bit congested. Definitely show up early. Covid procedures were followed in terms of distancing and it appeared to be the same way in terms of sanitation as well. The wait can be a little long depending on what time and day you show up.

LOMBARD DMV HAS THE RUDEST, UNKIND, AND AROGANT PEOPLE WORKING AT THE ENTRANCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY 55 YEARS OF GOING THERE. I AM 71 YEARS OLD AND WHEN I TRIED TO ENTER FROM THE 15° WEATHER I WAS PUSHED BACK OUTSIDE AND TOLD I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT. WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP THEY WERE RUDE AND THEY SAID "NO, GO ONLINE FOR HELP". MY WIFE AND I HAD THE DOOR SLAMMED IN OUT FACE. IN CONTRAST WE DROVE TO NAPERVILLE WHICH WAS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE KIND, CONSIDERATE, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY LET US ENTER THE FACILITY WITH NO VERBAL OR PHYSICAL ASSUALT THAT WE EXPERIENCED IN LOMBARD. THANK YOU NAPERVILLE, I HAVE MY FAITH RESTORED FROM THE RUDENESS WE HAD IN LOMBARD(THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE WAY THEY TREATED US.

To obtain a Florida disabled persons parking permit, you will need to fill out a disabled parking permit application, HSMV 83039: https://www.flhsmv.gov/pdf/forms/83039.pdf, bring in proof of the disability along with a certifying authority's Statement of Certification and signature. A certifying authority is usually a doctor.

In addition to the above documents, you will also need to bring your driver's license or ID card.
