I have been trying to get ahold of them for weeks making phone calls nobody will answer and they want me to pay fines so I can go back to work .I can't get a driver's license until I pay but can't get there to pay as I live out in the country. So no damn help from dmv .I am really sick of Louisiana. Don't care if I voted for Jeff Landry or not it won't happen again!!!!

I have just tried calling 4 times and all I get is the phone ringing and then it eventually hangs up on me. All I am trying to do is check on a registration/plate for our vehicle. I hate having to get in touch with these people as they never answer a phone. Very poor customer service.
I recently had an appointment at the OMV in Kenner to apply for a Louisiana driver’s license to replace my out of state license. The entire experience was terrific. From making the appointment on line, wait time upon arrival, time spent reviewing documents with Desk #5, and issuance of my new license, every step was efficient, organized, and professional. The highlight was, without question, Desk #5. She was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and delightful! The entire experience was terrific!
