Why can't we schedule appointments for ID only? My mother is older, she needs an appointment and the only place I can schedule an appointment for an ID is Las Vegas? #stupid

Make sure you have all documents needed and make online apt. Go half hour early to get a spot in line. Be prepared to wait a long time in lobby for number calling. We waited over a few hours even with appointment.
