Wait time was long, there was sanitation stations. Masks were required.

The Stillwater DMV will not answer the phone. I have to call Ponca City DMV, to get any question's answered that I can't find online. I also have talked to several parents that have to drive to Ponca City, because the Stillwater location can't get them in and wait time is beyond long. Our tax dollar's hard at not working.
