On the 1st day I went the computer went down. The staff gave me a written form/ pass for my next visit. It allowed me to bypass the lines. I put me back where they would finish the process.
Very well organized and moved pretty quickly.....make sure you have plenty of documents and backup, just in case, with name and address on. Make NO mistakes when filling out the renewal card they give you when you arrive. If you make a typo or mistake, you will have to fill out a new card. If you can get the card before hand, stacks on the tables, do so and fill in at home.

My husband and I went to this DMV location wanting to get a replacement license. Since we did not have an appointment we were told that we had to go to a different location but we needed an appointment. I also asked if I could get a replacement card for my handicap placard and we were treated with the utmost kindness and attention. The gentleman also assisted me in applying for the replacement license on-line. We often come to these spaces to complain but I must say that we left this DMV office with a smile and knowing that there are still people willing to help.
