This was the most frustrating day at your DMV and I want you to know why. I was in a couple of months ago to get my license notation for a three wheeler motorcycle and after many efforts passed the test. All this time I have had a “permit only” for motorcycle and “no” drivers license which I have had since 16 years of age. It was never told to me that I would lose my license while only having a permit for the bike. It was never told to me that I had to take a training course to get my license for a motorcycle so that was a total surprise today. I was asked for my “other” license and I have always only had ONE so that was another surprise. I had to pay today $83.00 for a notation on my license that denotes I can drive a three wheeler. I never gave up or lost my license or for any reason surrendered it so this is NOT a replacement license…..I was being asked to play by different rules than apply for a three wheeler. This was not my mistake but DMV’s. On top of that the person waiting on me was so very frustrating and without any compassion skills such that she was rude and seemed inconvenienced by my situation as if I had done something wrong……again this is DMV’s mistake.
I would hope that you could hire people that treat the public much better and improve the reputation of DMV. They were NOT there today!
