The staff was very helpful, they made sure that everyone was in the right line so that no one got stuck waiting in the wrong one. I was one who initially walked to the wrong line and an employee came up to me immediately to see what I needed to do and direct me to the right line. Location is easy to find, parking was difficult on this day but it was right after reopening from the pandemic closure so there were a lot of people there. Covid procedures were in place and adequate. I would say have all of your documents ready to go, call ahead if need be so that you don't take longer than you need once you get to the counter.

I was told I needed my sales contract to get my title and registration changed from Wi to Il. I have my original retail installment contract that has the VIN number and breakdown of charges on it. Can I use this in place of sales receipt
