You have a man inside that sounds like a Army
Sargent shouting at everyone. I did not like that. He needs to respect people,or find another job, DMV needs a place for people to sit. They.stand in the rain to get their license. .this is in the Albemarle N.C. office

I was unable to make an appointment or get a place in line, online. Went to office anyway since I had the day off. Scanned the QR code to get my place in line and was told to sit in my car until texted. I sat in my car for almost 2 hours and then sat in the lobby for almost 2 more hours. The clerk was very business oriented but could have showed some empathy for the amount of time everyone had to wait. That was on 4/10/24. I have yet to receive my license in the mail.
I must say that previous visits to this office in Siler City, NC would have been rated a 4 or more.
This was my second time in one month because I ended up having to fix something on my side. Couldn't make an appointment because my license was expiring. Each time from start to finish took approximately 2 hours, which I expected. Once inside the door, the process went very smoothly, the employees were extremely helpful and provided a very high level of customer service, especially Quatiya Clifton. You know it was special when I made a note of her name. This location was across town from where I live but I read the reviews and this one had the best. I highly recommend!
